This role is perfect for candidates interested in early childhood education, child development, physical education, coaching, or youth programs.

Job Summary

As a Kids Gymnastics Instructor, you’ll lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years, using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum. You’ll help children build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement, play, and positive reinforcement.

No gymnastics experience required, but helpful— paid training provided.

Responsibilities

Teach children’s gymnastics and movement classes using our structured curriculum
Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for every child
Provide excellent customer service to parents and families
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
Treat each class and child like it’s their first day — every time
Assist with events, birthday parties, and special programs as needed

Qualifications

Experience working with children preferred (education, childcare, coaching, camps, daycare, preschool, etc.)
Background in child development, education, physical education, dance, or gymnastics is a plus
Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading groups of children
Able to be active, lift equipment, and move throughout your shift
Reliable, professional, and great with communication
